Protected from harvest to bottle
Four carefully controlled steps help preserve botanical integrity, verify purity, and minimize unnecessary handling.
Processed the same day
Freshly harvested botanicals are delivered from nearby partner farms for same-day processing, helping protect their natural structure and delicate plant compounds.
Tested before processing
Every batch is screened in the factory's own laboratory for pesticides, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants before it enters the freeze-drying system.
Freeze-dried and milled in one system
The frozen botanicals are dried under vacuum and milled in the same system, minimizing heat, transfers, and unnecessary exposure.
Bottled at the source
The finished botanical is encapsulated and sealed in Thailand. It is never shipped loose in bulk or repacked on another continent.
About Marcapa™
One facility. One process. Complete visibility.
Marcapa is based in Missoula, Montana. Our botanicals are produced at a single facility in Lamphun, northern Thailand, where we use one specialized freeze-drying process across our entire range.
Vortex Freeze-Dry combines freeze-drying and milling in one continuous system. Unlike multi-stage processing, the botanical does not need to be dried, transferred, and ground separately—helping minimize heat, handling, and additional processing.
It’s a deliberately simple approach. All three Marcapa formulas are made on the same line, in the same facility, with visibility at every step from harvest to finished product.
